Our
exquisite estate grown, produced, and bottled Bordeaux-blend
was aged twenty-four months in American and French oak
barrels. It exhibits nuances of cocoa and a bouquet of
black cherry, blackberry and cassis.
The blend is compsed
of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, and 10% Petit
Verdot.

salmon or hearty pasta.
